证券时报e公司讯，北方稀土(600111)6月29日晚间公告，公司拟与关联方包钢股份重新签订《稀土精矿供应合同》，对稀土精矿交易价格进行调整，即稀土精矿交易价格拟自2022年7月1日起调整为不含税39189元/吨，稀土精矿2022年交易总量不超过23万吨，调整后2022年稀土精矿日常关联交易预计总金额将由不超过70亿元（含税）调整为不超过86亿元（含税）。
