拟征收宫家庄村位于红旗大街以东、民心河以西、规划路以北、宫南路以南的土地，依照城镇规划，征地面积为14.0179公顷（210.26亩），开发用途为住宅、商业、交通运输用地、公共管理与公共服务用地。安置方式为货币安置。
