从9月1日起，尼古拉耶夫的学校将禁止使用俄语
相应的决定由尼古拉耶夫市议会执行委员会作出。根据该文件，对所有公有制普通中等教育机构都是强制性的，从9月1日起将禁止：1-4年级以俄语为教学语言。
