何亚雄，男，汉族，1965年6月出生，湖南省桂东县人，大专文化，1984年5月参加工作，1996年8月加入中国共产党。
1984年5月至2001年12月，为桂东县工商行政管理局干部；2001年12月至2004年7月，任桂东县工商行政管理局党组成员、副局长；2004年7月至2015年12月，任桂东县工商行政管理局党组书记、局长；2015年12月至2016年2月，为桂东县市场和质量监督管理局干部（正科级）；2016年2月，提前退休。
