上证报中国证券网讯（记者 孔子元）中青旅公告，控股股东青旅集团之股东光大集团自2021年1月7日至2022年6月17日，通过集中竞价交易累计增持公司股份707.79万股，占公司总股本的0.98%。本次增持后，光大集团直接、间接合计持有公司22.12%股份。本次增持不会使公司控股股东及实际控制人发生变化。
