海利尔6月17日公告，公司拟以自有资金6483.5万元购买郭强军持有的陕西金信谊26%股权。陕西金信谊主要从事 1,4-丁二醇、γ-丁内酯、α-乙酰基-γ-丁内酯、N甲基吡咯烷酮、化工产品生产、销售。其中，α-乙酰基-γ-丁内酯是公司核心杀菌剂产品丙硫菌唑原药的重要中间体之一。
