智通财经APP讯，圆通速递国际(06123)发布公告，于2022年6月16日，公司的间接全资附属公司Jumbo Channel Limited与Uniserve Holdings Limited及OTX Logistics Holland 订立买卖协议，据此，Uniserve已同意自JumboChannel收购OTX Logistics Holland全部已发行股份的50%，代价约为540.95万欧元。
据悉，OTX LogisticsHolland于紧接出售事项前为公司的间接全资附属公司，主要从事国际货运代理服务。经扣除出售事项应占的预计开支约18万港元后(可予调整及有待审核)，估计集团将自出售事项取得收益约232.06万港元。
