6月10日，市场监管总局发布关于查处哄抬价格违法行为的指导意见。经营者在销售商品过程中，强制搭售商品，变相大幅度提高商品价格的，可认定构成哄抬价格违法行为。捏造、散布商品供求关系紧张的虚假信息，引发市场恐慌，推高价格预期的可依法从重处罚。
