6月9日，葛兰素史克于官网宣布更换新的品牌标识，并宣布Haleon即将开始独立运营，公司将成为一家纯粹专注于生物制药创新的公司。此前，葛兰素史克预计Haleon将于2022年7月正式独立运营。拆分之后，葛兰素史克业务将聚焦于感染疾病、艾滋病、肿瘤、免疫性疾病（包括呼吸）四大领域。
