近日，网传宁波大学教师教育学院一教师在朋友圈发文批评“工作中的绿茶行为”，对职场中女同事因顾孩子等原因让男同事承担额外工作量表达不满，声称“女人就是事多”，其中不乏激烈用词。
对此，宁波大学回应称，已对涉事教师严厉批评，并责令其停职调查，下一步结合调查情况，依规依纪进行严肃处理。
