上证报中国证券网讯（记者 孙忠）2日晚间，上市公司奥瑞金发布公告称，将启动不超过10亿元可转债再融资。
3月份，奥瑞金发行的奥瑞转债刚刚摘牌。由此，这将是公司第二次选择发行可转债。但目前仅仅为预案，仍需股东大会和监管部门批复，方可发行。
