博晖创新6月1日公告，公司设立了内蒙古博晖创新生物技术有限公司，并将内蒙古博晖作为项目公司承担现代生物技术产业基地建设等工作。现内蒙古博晖拟投资约15.1亿元分期建设上述现代生物技术产业基地，生产体外诊断试剂及血液制品等。
