王府井5月27日晚间公告，5月28日，公司旗下绵阳王府井购物中心对外营业。绵阳王府井购物中心位于四川省绵阳市嘉来南河广场。项目由本公司旗下北京王府井购物中心管理有限责任公司管理运营，物业为租赁所得，总租赁面积11万平方米，租赁期限20年。
