5月25日凌晨，昭通镇雄警方发布案情通报称，接花山乡村民黄某军报警称：其堂妹黄某某被同村村民蔡某洪强奸。于5月7日立案侦查。 经侦查，蔡某洪有重大作案嫌疑。目前，镇雄县公安局已对其采取刑事拘留强制措施，案件正在进一步办理中。
