上证报中国证券网讯（记者 孔子元）华润双鹤公告，公司董事长冯毅因达到法定退休年龄，自2022年5月11日起不再担任公司第九届董事会董事、董事长、董事会战略委员会主任委员职务。公司半数以上的董事共同推举公司董事、总裁于顺廷代为履行董事长职务，起止日期自2022年5月11日起至新任董事长选举就任之日止。
