据央视新闻，4月23日，香港区域法院裁定11人暴动罪名成立，其中7人另被裁定使用蒙面物品罪名成立。
这11名被告包括6名男子和5名女子。他们被控告于2019年10月6日，在香港湾仔杜老志道近轩尼诗道交界，以及史钊域道至坚拿道西之间的一段轩尼诗道参与暴动。其中7人同时被控在非法集结时使用蒙面物品。
