由于赛车修复工作，阿尔法罗密欧车队无法在车检封闭期（赛后2小时）开始前完成修复。
此外，因为在车检封闭期没有官方人员监管的情况下修改赛车设定，且车队也承认对赛车设定有修改，所以周冠宇将在正赛中从维修区发车。
