证券时报e公司讯，华能国际消息，4月17日，华能国际新加坡大士能源公司投资建设的裕廊岛海水淡化厂项目正式启用仪式举行。新加坡裕廊岛海水淡化项目是新加坡第五座海水淡化厂，日产饮用水量约3000万加仑（13.7万立方米），达到新加坡每日用水需求的7%。
