证券时报网讯，据央视新闻消息，4月19日，上海市商务委副主任周岚表示，外卖等电商平台骑手是上海市生活物资保供的重要力量，近期各电商平台积极组织符合条件的骑手返岗，目前在岗骑手人数已近2万人。4月18日各主要电商平台的配送订单量已经达到220万单，10天内增加了100万单。
