4月6日消息，因疫情防控需要，从即日起，省退役军人事务厅暂停退役军人来访接待工作。退役军人可以通过该厅网络、电话等方式反映信访事项。
网络通道：登录山西省退役军人事务厅官网（http://tyjrt.shanxi.gov.cn）选择厅长信箱栏目；服务电话：拨打0351-5250788退役军人来访接待电话。
省退役军人事务厅来访恢复时间将通过厅公众号、官网另行通知。
