据央视新闻，当地时间4月6日，俄罗斯国防部发布消息表示，计划于当天进行的被扣押人员交换工作被乌克兰方面取消了。原定交换名单上的251人被不断地审核和减少，最终仅确定了38人。尽管俄方已经将51名被扣押乌克兰人员送抵，但今天早晨乌克兰方面毫无理由地拒绝了交换工作。
