易悖，曾用名易勃，笔名易波，男，汉族，1963年生于广西桂林市，毕业于中国民航管理干部学院和中国书画函授大学桂林分校国画专业，自幼受家风熏陶酷爱盆景、书法、国画得于谢天成老师指教。
现为:中国民航书画影协会会员、桂林市花鸟奇石盆景协会会员、广西桂林圣园画院副院长、中国书画家协会常务理事。
