预制菜江湖除了“粤沪争霸”，还有一众玩家凭着良好的先天条件，杀入“新赛道”。目前全国的预制菜生产企业，山东数量最多，有近8600家，占比达到12.6%，排名第二位的河南，占比约9.3%。也因此，有人断言，未来北方地区或将挑起预制菜行业的大梁。
