据港交所文件，3月28日，达势股份有限公司在港交所提交上市申请书，独家保荐人为美银证券。据了解，该公司为达美乐比萨在中国内地及港澳地区的独家总特许经营商。截至2021年12月31日，该公司于中国10个城市拥有468家达美乐比萨直营门店，约57%的门店位于北京及上海。
