今天中午，在虹口区北外滩街道，居委工作人员和志愿者通过楼宇对讲机通知居民分批下楼，领取新冠病毒抗原检测试剂。在居民领取同时，志愿者提醒该试剂采用鼻拭子采样，并提醒今天下午4点返回试剂。
