3月21日，敏华控股(01999.HK)发布公告称，冯国华辞任公司执行董事及总裁，黄敏利获委任为公司总裁。另王袓伟将辞任独立非执行董事及审核委员会成员，杨绍信获委任。
据查，2020年11月3日，冯国华出任敏华控股CEO，年薪1500万。
