据央视新闻客户端，新加坡外长维文出席第七届彭博社东盟商业峰会期间，15日接受彭博社采访时指出，东盟重视经济融合，没兴趣组成军事同盟。
维文表示，东盟旨在成为一个开放、包容的组织，专注于贸易、经济一体化的融合，具有包容性，愿意扩大与包括超级大国在内的所有伙伴合作，东盟对军事联盟不感兴趣。
