据绍兴市政策专班消息，基于目前疫情形势，为减少人员扎堆聚集，积极做好疫情防控工作，原定于3月16日（周三）发放的第二批消费券（仅限于餐饮、住宿、娱乐等行业使用），包括“虞你同行”“新绍兴人”“普惠民生”三类消费券将暂缓发放，重启时间将根据周边疫情稳控情况而定。
