据央视新闻，当地时间9日，准备参加雅思（即国际英语测试系统）考试的俄罗斯考生已收到考试取消的通知，原因是“对外政治关系的激化”。
据俄罗斯《生意人报》网站报道，考生已经交纳的考试费将转为相关课程的培训费。如果考生拒绝培训，则只能等到考试恢复。
