外交部发言人赵立坚3月9日在例行记者会上应询表示，应乌克兰方面请求，中国红十字会将向乌克兰红十字会提供一批人道主义援助物资，包括食品、生活必需品等，价值500万元人民币。
3月9日，首批物资已经从北京启运，后续将通过适当方式尽快交付乌克兰红十字会。
