证券时报e公司讯，国立科技(300716)3月7日晚间公告，公司控股股东永绿投资与杨国芬签署《股份转让协议》，拟将所持国立科技810万股(占目前公司总股本的5.06%)，协议转让给杨国芬。转让价格7.92元/股，总价款6415.2万元。转让后，永绿投资仍持有公司34.71%的股份。
