徐世昌（1855-1939），字卜五，号菊人，晚号水竹村人，直隶（今河北）天津人。清光绪十二年（1886）进士，官至军机大臣。民国间曾任国务卿、民国大总统，后隐居天津，以书画自娱。一生编书、刻书30余种，著有《清儒学案》《退耕堂集》《水竹村人集》等。
