北京商报讯（记者 郭秀娟 实习记者 王柱力）2月28日，金健米业发布公告称，董事会收到董事成利平的书面辞职报告。成利平因已到法定退休年龄，申请辞去公司董事，以及董事会相关专门委员会等相关职务。辞职后，成利平将不在公司担任任何职务。
