前中国女排助理教练安家杰：国家队经历运用到山东女排，感受最多的还是我们的女排精神。因为我们都是女排的一员、中国女排的一员，不见得是进了国家队才叫中国女排一员，从事女排事业的人都应该是。所以我们更应该是做好、并传承好中国女排的这种精神。
