2月13日，
车辆行驶在新建成通车的北海路西路。
北海路西延（平原路至商南高速段）项目，
除周商永运河桥还在施工外，
其余路段已建成通车，
道路两侧绿化施工也已完成。
项目全部完工后，
车辆从北海路直接驶入商南高速，
将有效缓解连霍高速平原路出口的交通压力。
