由成田良悟执笔，森井しづき负责插画的小说「Fate/strange Fake」公开了第七卷的封面插图，该卷将于3月10日正式发售。
「Fate/strange Fake」是以奈须蘑菇笔下的型月世界为背景舞台的小说作品。原本是在2008年愚人节以「Fate/states night」为标题所发表的游戏企划，后来在TYPE-MOON的杂志「TYPE-MOON Ace Vol.2」的附录中刊载了当中的序章小说。
