智通财经APP讯，中信证券(06030)公告，公司建议H股供股，按所持每10股现有H股获发1.5股H股供股股份的基准，以每股H股供股股份17.67港元(须于接纳时缴足)发行3.42亿股H股。H股股权登记日为2022年2月8日，接纳H股供股股份及付款以及申请额外H股供股股份及付款的最后期限为2022年2月23日。
