中证网讯（记者 赵白执南）财政部网站27日消息，《政府采购框架协议采购方式管理暂行办法》已经2021年12月31日部务会议审议通过，自2022年3月1日起施行。《办法》明确，框架协议采购遵循竞争择优、讲求绩效的原则，应当有明确的采购标的和定价机制，不得采用供应商符合资格条件即入围的方法。
