证券时报e公司讯，比亚迪(002594)1月25日晚间公告，公司拟开展的外汇衍生品交易业务额度为43亿美元或其他等值外币，额度使用期限自该事项获第七届董事会第十八次会议审议通过之日起12个月内。上述额度在期限内可循环滚动使用，但期限内任一时点的累计余额不超过43亿美元或其他等值外币。
