上证报中国证券网讯（记者 孔子元）美迪凯公告，2022年1月18日 ，凸版中芯与公司全资子公司浙江美迪凯光学半导体有限公司签署了《图像传感器（CIS）晶圆光路系统委托加工合同》，凸版中芯向子公司无偿提供图像传感器（CIS）晶圆，由子公司在晶圆上进行彩膜（OCF）及微型镜头（ML）的光路系统加工服务。本合同期限为3年，自2022年1月18日开始至2025年1月17日为止。
