1月12日，资本邦了解到，美股上市公司腾讯音乐(TME.US)宣布，侯德洋因个人原因辞去集团职务，将于2022年1月31日生效。侯德洋自2016年起担任公司集团副总裁。
腾讯音乐国际化业务将由集团首席执行官梁柱负责。
此外，公司独立董事Adrian Yau Kee Mak将接替Edith Manling Ngan担任审计委员会主席。Edith Manling Ngan将继续担任独立董事和审计委员会成员。
