黄埔文冲中标自然资源部北海局海洋防灾减灾能力建设专项船舶工程项目——浮标作业船建造项目，中标价3.48亿元人民币。
该船为钢质海洋工程船，B2级冰区结构加强，长艏楼，一层连续甲板，机舱位于船中后部，主推进为两套全回转吊舱式电力推进系统，设有艏侧推、可实现无级调速和DP-2动力定位，具备10米大型浮标保障能力的大型特殊用途船舶。
