北京商报讯（记者 姚倩）12月30日，康美药业发布公告称，公司于近日收到法院（2021）粤52破1号之四《民事裁定书》，裁定确认重整计划已执行完毕。重整计划执行完毕后，随着债务危机的化解以及投资人的支持，公司将逐步恢复持续经营能力和盈利能力。
