记者27日从公安部新闻发布会获悉，公安部近日发布新制修订的3个部门规章，其中，《机动车驾驶证申领和使用规定》和《道路交通安全违法行为记分管理办法》自2022年4月1日起实施，《机动车登记规定》自2022年5月1日起实施。回应群众新要求新期待，公安部再推出9项交管便民利企新措施。(记者任沁沁、熊丰，公安部交管局供图)
