近日有网友询问，位于光谷三路的中建星光城什么具体时候交房？
东湖新技术开发区管委会回复，该项目合同约定交付时间为2021年12月15日，因疫情影响延期至2022年3月15日，企业前期已向业主发送延期交房通知，目前具体交房时间暂无变化。
