格隆汇12月24日丨香港中旅(00308.HK)发布公告，2021年12月24日，公司全资附属公司中旅物投与承建商(即其士（建筑）有限公司)订立建设合同，据此，中旅物投同意委聘承建商进行建设工程，估计合同总额为8.2278亿港元(可予调整)。
