智通财经APP讯，高奥士国际(08042)公布，于2021年12月17日，公司间接全资附属公司高奥士(深圳)作为承租人与业主深圳威新就物业租约订立租赁协议，租期为三年，由2022年3月1日开始至2025年2月28日。
据了解，物业位于深圳市南山区粤海街道高新南十道金地威新中心A座15楼1502单元，集团将使用物业作为中国业务的办公物业。
