成交量：据中原监控新香洲9个项目数据统计，2021年11月新香洲成交住宅6套，环比减少97.62%，同比减少91.55%。
均价：根据监测，2021年11月新香洲均价36916.67元/㎡，环比下滑17.99%，同比下降0.02%。
