中证网讯（记者 张军）12月14日晚，雅化集团公告，公司全资子公司雅安锂业拟与厦钨新能、沧雅投资共同投资，在四川省雅安市经济技术开发区设立合资公司雅安厦钨新能源材料有限公司（暂定名），分期建设年产10万吨锂电正极材料生产线，从事磷酸铁锂的产品研发、制备及销售。
