证券时报网讯，据央视新闻消息，当地时间12月9日，美国国会参议院以59票赞成、35票反对的投票结果通过了一项协议法案，允许参议院只要简单多数票即可提高美国债务上限。根据该法案条款，民主党将获得一次性的快速审批权力，以更快提高美国债务上限，增加的金额可能足以支付到2022年的借款。该法案本周早些时候在国会众议院投票通过，现移交总统办公室等待签字批准。
